Technical Resident

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Technical Resident to join our IT & Data Management team. This role is designed for passionate individuals who aspire to develop a robust IT career within the healthcare sector. The Technical Resident will be immersed in various IT projects, supporting and enhancing technology solutions that improve patient care at our numerous sites of care. Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of health IT systems.
• Collaborate with IT team members and healthcare professionals to develop solutions that enhance patient care and operations.
• Participate in training sessions and complete coursework to grow knowledge and skills in healthcare IT.
• Support the maintenance of hardware and software applications across multiple locations.
• Help manage data integrity and security across systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of information technology systems and frameworks.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, electronic health records (EHR), and related technology is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
