Job description

GenesisCare is seeking a Quality Manager to drive patient safety, accreditation readiness, risk management and quality outcomes across the Oncology network. You will partner with leaders to strengthen compliance with healthcare standards and enhance quality systems to support patient-centred care.

The role involves education, coaching, and guidance to staff on quality processes, with opportunities to work across centres nationally and contribute to improvement initiatives focused on patient
