Retail Sales Assistant to join a customer-focused sales team, working face-to-face with customers and helping create positive experiences from the first conversation. You don't need years of sales experience.

We're looking for confidence, reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who's ready to learn. What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift behind a screen. You'll be interacting directly with customers — starting conversations, finding out what they need, answering questions, and helping them make informed decisions.

You'll build experience in

Face-to-face customer service and sales
Product and service knowledge
Customer engagement and relationship building
Understanding customer needs
Sales communication and presenting solutions
Working toward individual and team goals
