Job Description: The Technical Writer will prepare, edit, and manage program documentation with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and compliance with standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Author, standardize, and maintain key deliverables, including status reports, project plans, user guides, FAQs, training materials, and online help systems, ensuring consistency across all documentation.
• Responsibilities include developing templates, style guides, and a comprehensive documentation library, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
• Gather user feedback to improve documentation quality, support training programs with tailored materials, and implement a consistent style to enhance usability.
• Maintain a documentation plan with regular updates, track best practices in technical writing, and ensure materials are accessible and relevant to diverse user groups and skill levels.
