IT Systems Administrator
Company Overview
A growing organization based in Los Angeles, California is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support its corporate technology environment. This role offers broad exposure to end-user technology, systems administration, and IT operations.
Role Summary
The IT Systems Administrator will provide hands-on technical support while helping administer and maintain workplace technology systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable troubleshooting issues independently in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace technologies.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and related equipment.
  • Support device management, user accounts, access, and collaboration systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
  • Manage support requests through established IT service processes.
  • Assist with systems administration, infrastructure, security, and technology projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support operational improvements.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Experience supporting desktop operating systems and enterprise devices.
  • Experience with endpoint management and business productivity platforms.
  • Working knowledge of user administration, networking, and common IT infrastructure.
  • Experience working with ticketing or IT service management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Relevant IT or systems administration certifications.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based identity or collaboration environments.
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, security, or systems administration projects.
