Systems Administrator

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a Systems Administrator to keep the technology behind its hospitality operations dependable and secure. You will administer servers, networks, user accounts, and workplace devices; troubleshoot technical issues; and provide responsive support to employees. The role includes maintaining Microsoft systems, monitoring backups and security, documenting configurations, and coordinating upgrades with vendors and internal teams. You'll help ensure reliable technology supports a smooth experience for customers and staff. Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, user accounts, and employee devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system performance issues.
• Manage Microsoft systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor backups, apply updates, and support disaster recovery readiness.
• Maintain endpoint protections and follow security best practices.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
• Coordinate technology upgrades and vendor support.
• Provide timely technical assistance to employees.
