The Role • Drive advertising sales within an assigned territory by developing long-term relationships with businesses. • Prospect for new clients and service existing Lamar Advertising clients to exceed sales objectives. • Utilize professional sales techniques and market knowledge to present advertising solutions. • Collaborate with the team to identify growth areas and open new accounts. • Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports. • Participate in sales meetings, seminars, and trade shows to enhance selling skills. What You'll Need • Comfort with making cold calls, both in-person and over the phone. • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate policies and procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. • Self-motivation, effective time management, and organizational skills. • Resilience and the ability to overcome challenges and respond to rejection. • A valid Driver’s License is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience is preferred.
