We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Performance & Load Testing Engineer with expertise in designing and executing large-scale performance tests for modern applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HTTP/API, event-driven, and WebSocket load testing, performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and distributed load generation.

🔑 Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Performance & Load Testing

✅ Expertise in k6, Locust, and/or Gatling

✅ HTTP/API and WebSocket load-testing experience

✅ Distributed load generation and large-scale testing

✅ Performance analysis: latency percentiles (p95/p99), throughput, and error rates

✅ Bottleneck identification and performance troubleshooting

✅ Familiarity with modern observability tools and monitoring stacks
