Location: Philadelphia, PA (3days/week onsite)

Job Description:

• Should have worked in wireless billing domain ie mobile postpaid and its related billing processes – ordering , invoicing , payment , collection , promotions , credits , refunds etc..
• Should be working as solution architect in billing domain and hands-on experience in solutioning the billing related topics end to end having the complete ownership to solution.
• Should have working knowledge of API’s associated with billing processes and should have designed the API’s for various consumers portal or for interaction with other domains for ex order , customer experience related etc..
• If candidate is having the Amdocs biller experience – it’s an added advantage..
• Should be knowing how the end-to-end billing processes work in conjunction with other domains – ie customer onboarding , address check , credit check , billing fulfilment , ordrering API’s to biller , device and service promotions – how they are configured in biller and fulfilled in biller and other billing  customer experience processes for ex queries on billing statements , credits , refunds , charges etc..
• Should have customer experience related processes knowledge wrt to biller domain – Billing statements and its access to external consumers through API’s  , account summary and management  ,  payment / transaction information , credits and refunds , chargeback , accessing invoices and charges through API’s etc.
