Qualifications

• Proven experience leading platform or system migrations experience with large-scale migrations from a single source platform is a strong advantage.
• Deep expertise in batch and REST API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server database design, querying, and migration tooling.
• .NET development experience (C# preferred) for integration and platform work.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform for environment provisioning and management.
• Hands-on AWS experience across core services (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Skills).
• Strong project management instincts ability to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and executive audiences.
