Job Description

  • Design, build and maintain front end features and React components across BAW's product suite
  • Contribute to .NET backend services, APIs, authentication, logging patterns and reusable application components
  • Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation and processing workflows
  • Champion AI assisted tooling across team processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to database schemas, SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Improve performance, data quality and observability
  • Contribute to solution design, technical specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Support incident investigation and resolution across front end, backend and data processing systems
  • Support and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Partner with product, engineering leadership and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions
