Overview

Senior Communications Cloud architect to lead a customer-facing telecom engagement and take over application development and maintenance from an incumbent vendor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Communications Cloud architecture and delivery across catalog, CPQ, order management and fulfilment
• Own Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) design offers, bundles, rules and pricing.
• Architect Industries CPQ for B2C and B2B quoting, including performance at scale.
• Design Industries Order Management: decomposition, orchestration, MACD and fallout handling.
• Drive integrations with provisioning, activation, and billing (TMF Open APIs, middleware).
• Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead and trusted advisor.
• Lead onshore/offshore Agile teams and stay hands-on in design and code review.
• Own managed services: incidents, releases, SLAs, RCA, and backlog.
• Lead the vendor transition: org health assessment, KT, shadowing, and reverse shadowing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery, including 5+ years hands-on in Communications Cloud / Vlocity.
• Deep expertise in EPC, Industries CPQ, Industries Order Management.
• Proven experience in Telecom Commercial/wholesale, broadband, fiber industry (mandatory).
• Strong BSS/OSS understanding and experience integrating with billing and OSS platforms.
• Experience leading production support and managed services.
• Proven customer-facing leadership and stakeholder management
