Job Title: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Define technical architecture, platform strategy, and solution roadmaps.
• Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Lead platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Guide technical teams on custom application development, scripting, and platform configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical leads.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, and technical debt reduction.
• Mentor developers, technical consultants, and solution architects.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture and platform capabilities.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and custom applications.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, authentication, and data architecture.
• Knowledge of security, access controls, performance optimization, and platform governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architectural decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), where applicable to the role.
• Experience leading large-scale, global ServiceNow transformations.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.
