The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of employees within the NV Bühne collective agreement.
• Manage and execute monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations.
• Handle contract creation for artists and oversee the entire contracting process independently.
• Ensure the legally compliant implementation of statutory, collective, and internal regulations and social benefits.
• Conduct internal and external correspondence relevant to your area of responsibility.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training in HR, tax, or administration.
• Proficient IT skills with HR software; experience with LOGA HR is a plus.
• Knowledge of collective labor law (preferably NV Bühne) is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Discreet, solution-oriented work approach and appreciative communication skills.
