Job Description

Client Technologies Technician (IT Support Technician) 
Interview Process: 1 round, virtual
Duration of the Contract: 2-3 months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Role is fully onsite
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed. 
Additional details: Travel between both buildings. Potential evening or weekend events - IT Support for ceremonies, etc. 

 
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated knowledge or experience supporting computers, technology, or end users.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
Ability to troubleshoot common computer and technology problems.
Familiarity with Windows environments
 
Education:
Associate degree or technical certification in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
 
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with one or more of the following: Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking concepts, Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, mobile devices, classroom or audiovisual technology, Teams, Zoom
