Role : DevOps Engineer

Location : Phoenix/Charlotte

Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure and manage observability solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system reliability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve platform reliability and performance.
• Implement monitoring dashboards, alerts, and incident response processes.

• Strong experience with Observability & Monitoring tools:

  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Splunk
  • Datadog
  • Dynatrace
  • New Relic
  • ELK/Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • OpenTelemetry
  • CloudWatch / Azure Monitor / Google Cloud Operations
