Head of Commercial Insights

A growing company is seeking a Head of Commercial Insights to lead their analytics department. Experience is the biopharma industry is required. This is a full time direct hire role that will work onsite monthly in the Conshohocken area. Candidates in neighboring states in the mid-atlantic region will be considered.

Qualified candidates will have most of the following experience:

• 12+ years of commercial analytics experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.


• 7+ years of experience leading commercial analytics, business insights, or sales analytics functions.


• 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing analytics teams.


• Strong expertise in sales force effectiveness, field force planning, HCP targeting, and territory alignment.


• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Commercial Operations.


• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar reporting platforms.


• Experience analyzing complex commercial data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.


• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, including Veeva CRM, HUB, Specialty Pharmacy, and market access data.


• Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, KPI development, and dashboard creation.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
