Role Overview

As a Senior Program Controls Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting program execution by working closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams. You will be responsible for sector-level program reporting, analyzing complex performance data, and providing actionable insights to leadership to drive decision-making and ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • EVM Leadership: Apply advanced Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track and manage program performance, cost, and schedule execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze program financial/performance data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contractual Reporting: Prepare and submit data for CDRLs, status reports, and Earned Value reports (Formats 1–5).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with PMO staff and Engineering teams to manage budgets, labor resources, and resource allocation.
  • Strategic Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and support proposal development and cost estimation activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Program Controls (PCA) or equivalent roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of EVM principles and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Skillset: Proven ability to support development programs and engineering labor programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Prior experience supporting proposal development and cost estimation is highly desired.
