Warehouse Systems Product Analyst
Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL
Contract: 12-month W2 contract
 
Overview
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support warehouse automation systems and operations. This role will work with warehouse teams, product managers, IT teams, and vendors to improve processes, system functionality, and automation performance.
Responsibilities

• Document current warehouse and automation processes
• Identify process improvements and create future-state workflows
• Gather business and operational requirements from stakeholders
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Assist with backlog management and prioritization
• Support Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and related automation technologies
• Help integrate WES with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation equipment
• Work with operations, automation, and technical teams to improve system performance
• Support ongoing system enhancements and process optimization
• Lead meetings and translate business needs into product improvements

• Experience with WES, WCS, or warehouse automation systems
• Experience supporting automated warehouse or distribution center operations
• Understanding of conveyors, sorters, ASRS, material handling equipment, or similar automation technologies
• Experience documenting processes and gathering requirements
• Experience writing user stories or business requirements
• Ability to participate in system integration discussions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with DATUM WES
• Experience with Decision Control Systems (DCS)
• Experience integrating WES/WCS with Blue Yonder, JDA/RedPrairie, or other WMS platforms
• Experience with conveyor and material handling automation
• Experience supporting large automated distribution centers
• Experience working with warehouse automation vendors
