CMDB Dashboard Developer

Job Title: CMDB Dashboard Developer
Location: Coppell, TX or Costa Mesa, CA
Duration: 5 months

Overview: We are seeking a developer to design and build dashboards and reports for CMDB data. This role will help IT teams gain visibility into configuration items, relationships, and data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards for CMDB reporting.

• Create drill‐down and trend analysis reports.

• Automate reporting and scheduled distribution.

• Analyze CMDB data for quality issues (duplicates, missing attributes, orphaned records).

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and document reporting standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years with BClient Helix CMDB, Remedy ITSM, or similar.

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools (Helix Dashboards, Smart Reporting, Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of ITIL SACM processes and CMDB governance.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and service mapping.

• Certifications (BClient/Remedy, ITIL) preferred.
