Multi Skilled Engineer Electrical Bias

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias will be responsible for:

• Complete electrical installations, testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to a high standard using appropriate tools and equipment
• Undertake planned maintenance tasks for M&E systems and fabric tasks in line with KPIs
• Ensure all electrical and mechanical aspects of the site perform safely, effectively, and efficiently
• Adhere strictly to company Health and Safety policy and maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Attend call-outs, breakdowns, and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs, including working outside normal hours where required To be successful in this role, you

must have:

• Trade qualified to BS 7671 (18th Edition) in Electrical Installations and City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, controls, and ability to read technical drawings
• Proven experience in a similar environment, preferably within the FM Hard Services industry
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Windows-based programmes
