Job Description
- Provide Tier 1 application support for Oracle Health Patient Accounting (OHPAC) and patient accounting/revenue-cycle workflows.
- Troubleshoot user issues, perform first-call resolution, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or technical teams.
- Monitor OHPAC functions, system health, KPIs, work queues, interfaces, printing, user access, and related operations.
- Support EHR go-live and post-go-live activities, including health checks, readiness checklists, issue tracking, and trend analysis.
- Document incidents and resolutions while following ITIL, HIPAA, SLA, and healthcare support procedures.
