About The Role


Altrad are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the team based in Goldthorpe.


The successful candidate will run the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding.


Key Deliverables:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to plan for future hiring needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
  • Thrive in a dynamic workplace with shifting priorities


Key Requirements / Qualifications:


  • Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., I-Trent or Eploy)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for finding top talent and driving success
