Inside Sales Associate | Electrical Distribution
Available Locations:
Amarillo, Lubbock, or Abilene, TX (On-site or Hybrid Schedule preferred)
$60,000 - $72,000 Base Salary + Commission
Typical Total Compensation: $90,000 - $170,000+

Who We're Looking For

Experience in Inside Sales, Quotations, Purchasing, Customer Service, or Account Management within: Electrical Distribution, Industrial Distribution, Construction Supply, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Materials, or related wholesale distribution environments
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects, quotes, and customer requests simultaneously
Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by performance-based compensation
Experience using CRM, ERP, or distributor management systems preferred
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment

Wire & Cable: Building wire, industrial cable, and custom wire solutions.

Electrical Distribution Equipment (Gear): Panelboards, switchboards, and transformers.

Conduit & Fittings: PVC, EMT, and rigid conduit pathways.

Lighting Systems: Energy-efficient indoor, outdoor, and industrial LED fixtures.

Lighting Controls: Advanced sensors, dimmers, and automation controls.

Wiring Devices: Switches, receptacles, and decorator devices (e.g., Leviton lines).

EV Charging Stations: Level 2 and DC Fast charging infrastructure.

Enclosures & Industrial Controls: NEMA-rated junction boxes and protective electrical enclosures.

Power Tools & Accessories: Heavy-duty job site power tools, hand tools, and consumables.

Safety Equipment & PPE: Job site safety gear, fall protection, and personal protective equipment
