Technical Project Manager II

Help keep a portfolio of customer experience initiatives organized and moving forward as a Project Manager. You'll manage several projects at once, build practical delivery plans, coordinate overlapping stakeholders, and adapt as priorities or project scope change. This role calls for solid project management fundamentals and enough technical curiosity to follow conversations about data, analytics, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of project management experience
Experience building project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders
Strong organization, communication, time management, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with overlapping stakeholders
Self-starter who adapts quickly to changing priorities, scope, and project direction

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with data, analytics, or reporting projects
Familiarity with SQL and technical discussions involving data
Experience coordinating customer experience initiatives
Background managing projects in fast-paced or changing environments
What You Will Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of approximately 5-7 concurrent projects
Build and maintain plans, timelines, action items, and status updates
Coordinate stakeholders across projects with shared contributors
Keep teams aligned as priorities, scope, or timelines change
Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and progress
Help move initiatives forward while providing clear communication on status and next steps
