Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project managers by assisting in planning, organizing, and executing various projects across different departments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating them appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
