Job Summary
The Client is seeking a Network Technician to support the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install network hardware components and cables.
- Configure network software and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Identify and eliminate network bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency.
- Perform hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Support inventory and asset management activities.
- Help ensure the network operates securely.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certified network professional accreditation.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledge of inventory and asset management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Location Requirements
- This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.
- Candidate must be local or able to commute/relocate.
- The client is not willing to wait for a contractor to relocate, so local candidates are preferred.
Background Verification
Selected candidates will be required to complete background verification, which may include:
- State criminal record verification for the past 7 years.
- County criminal records for the past 7 years.
- Federal criminal records verification for the past 7 years.
- SSN name search.
- Global Monitor Check.
