You'll be working directly with motivated sellers across Colorado, structuring win-win acquisitions, and building the kind of income that reflects your effort, not someone else's ceiling. We're a tight, data-driven team that moves fast and holds a high standard.

Performance-based signing bonus of up to $10,000–$20,000 based on your results in the first six months
Take full ownership of your pipeline and your outcomes

Compensation: $115,000 - $200,000 on target earnings
Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
