Hiring: Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead

Remote – EST Hours | 2+ Years with Possible Extension 

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead to support global Mergers & Acquisitions integration programs.

This is a hands-on implementation role focused on integrating acquired companies into an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment through configuration, process alignment, testing, data migration, and deployment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud configuration experience
• Deep functional expertise in:
  • Record-to-Report
  • General Ledger
  • Financial Accounting Hub
  • Subledger Accounting
  • Cash Management
  • Financial Close and Intercompany Accounting
• Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and legal entity onboarding
• Strong experience with CoA mapping, ledger setup, and financial data migration
• Experience leading fit-gap analysis, functional design, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, financial-close, and stakeholder-management experience

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle EPM integrations, including FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS
• REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
• Large-scale global acquisition and transformation programs
• Oracle Cloud Financial certifications

This is an implementation-focused role, not a production-support position.
