Integration BSA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an Integration BSA.

Responsibilities

• Integration BSA will gather and document business and functional requirements for a new procurement-focused application
• Analyze current Purchase Requisition (PR) through Purchase Order (PO) processes and define future-state workflows
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and functional specifications
• Facilitate requirements and process-design sessions with business, IT, development, and integration teams
• Identify process variations across countries, business units, ERP environments, approval structures, and regulatory requirements
• Define integration requirements, data mappings, validation rules, interfaces, and exception-handling scenarios across multiple enterprise systems
• As an Integration BSA, you will support B2B/vendor integrations and coordinate requirements between internal teams and external partners
• Maintain requirements traceability, decision logs, risks, dependencies, and supporting project documentation
• Develop and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and UAT test scenarios and scripts
• Document and track defects, validate fixes, and support deployment readiness and post-implementation validation
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the application lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role supporting application development or technology implementations
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience mapping business processes and translating them into actionable system requirements
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts
• Experience supporting UAT, integration testing, defect management, and requirements traceability
• Experience with applications that integrate with ERP or other enterprise platforms
• Understanding of system integrations, data mapping, business rules, validation, and exception processing
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with business users, developers, integration teams, vendors, and other technical stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate work across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams
• Procurement or Purchase Requisition-to-Purchase Order process experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
