Job title: Workshop Forklift Engineer<br />Location: Bury St edmunds Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible start &amp; finish times)<br />Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (dependant in experience)<br />OTE: £41,563–£47,500 (based on 5hrs overtime) As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, repair and servicing of equipment ensuring that customers receive a high-quality and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities<br />Repair, maintain and service materials handling equipment.<br />Carrying out LOLER inspections to ensure all equipment remains fully compliant<br />Diagnose faults and repair or replace faulty components.<br />Request and order parts using a PDA.<br />Report to the Service Co-ordinator regarding scheduled work and job progress.<br />Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.<br />Follow all Service Team procedures and processes.<br />Continuously develop your skills and technical knowledge to ensure effective performance in the role.<br />Attend training courses and development programmes as required.<br />Follow all Health &amp; Safety responsibilities, policies and procedures.<br />Requirements:<br />ESSENTIAL: current experience as a forklift engineer / plant fitter / agricultural engineer / HGV technician Technical qualification (City &amp; Guilds / NVQ) (desirable)<br />Full UK driving licence<br />Your Package<br />Competitive salary - £35,000-£40,000 (dependant in experience)<br />Commission opportunity.<br />Overtime opportunities - OTE: £41,563–£47,500 (based on 5hrs overtime)<br />24 days' annual leave + 8 statutory bank holidays.<br />Statutory pension contributions.<br />Next steps:<br />If this sounds of interest - please contact Celi on (phone number removed) or apply today INDCD
