Job Description:

• 7 10 years of experience in business analysis of Customer Experience (ERP, MRP, APS).
• Strong knowledge of CX and Service Domain
• Experience with ERP integration, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Databricks, AWS, ).
• Superb communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
