Position Overview

Seeking an experienced AI specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of an enterprise AI innovation program. This individual will assess organizational readiness, establish AI governance and operating models, identify high-value AI opportunities, and guide the development and deployment of AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI innovation initiatives and strategic AI adoption.
• Assess organizational AI readiness and innovation capabilities.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, operating models, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
• Gather business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
• Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Create AI roadmaps and prioritize innovation projects.
• Drive AI education, adoption, and change management efforts.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic implementation.
• Ensure AI solutions align with technology standards and business objectives.
• Required Qualifications
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience leading AI innovation, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model development, validation, and deployment.
• Experience developing AI roadmaps, governance models, and innovation frameworks.
• Strong organizational change management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
