ServiceNow Developer - GJ2026

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform and architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM. This role will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, user interfaces, and upgrade-safe solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

·        Develop advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting solutions using best practices.

·        Work across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM.

·        Build and customize ServiceNow user interfaces, applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.

·        Develop and maintain upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.

·        Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.

·        Collaborate with business users, architects, administrators, and other technical teams.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve application, scripting, configuration, and platform-related issues.

·        Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security practices, and architecture guidelines.

·        Participate in platform enhancements, testing, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications

·        7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and architecture.

·        Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns.

·        Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM.

·        Experience building and customizing ServiceNow user interfaces.

·        Strong experience developing upgrade-safe ServiceNow applications.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience working in higher education environments.

·        CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification in any ServiceNow module.

·        Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations and enterprise-scale environments.

·        Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, architecture, and platform upgrades.
