Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p (1 hour break + OT pay)
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour based on experience

~Job Description for Welding Customer Service Representative:
Work on-site in the store front/ service center
Promptly greet any walk-in customers
Promptly answer phones
Process customer sales
Demonstrate welding - industry knowledge to best assist customer needs and make recommendations based on needs
Build a strong rapport to encourage return customers
Safely load products onto trailers and customer transport vehicles
Data entry
Job Requirements for Welding Customer Service Representative:
~ High school education or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
~ Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
~ Inside sales experience preferred such as upselling/suggestive selling within call center or retail environment
~2 years of customer service experience
~ Welding product knowledge is REQUIRED
