Contract | Outside IR35 | £375-425 per day | 6 months initial | London hybrid

A contract Resource Manager role supporting a fast-moving global Tech company.

This is not an administrative scheduling role. You'll operate as a business partner to regional leadership, understanding upcoming demand, available skills and project pipelines to make sure the right people are deployed effectively.

With a relatively small internal resource pool and demand regularly exceeding supply, you'll need to be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Own resource planning across Benelux and Nordics
• Match skills and availability against project demand
• Work closely with sales and pre sales around pipeline and upcoming requirements
• Build strong relationships with approximately internal consultants
• Manage resource clashes, utilisation and capacity constraints
• Engage external delivery partners when additional capability is required
• Provide visibility around demand, supply and forecasting

You will need to have experience within resource management at ideally a technology/Saas Professional Services or consultancy.

£500 per day, Outside IR35, initial six month contract with potential extension.

London hybrid, typically 2 days onsite, with less presence on site required as you become Embedded. ASAP start.
