PeopleSoft HCM & Campus – Identity Integration / RFP Consultant
Location: Remote


Role Overview:
Looking for a PeopleSoft HCM & Campus consultant with strong knowledge of PeopleSoft data attributes, business processes, and REST API integrations. The consultant will work closely with an identity/integration team to explain PeopleSoft data and recommend integration approaches.
Must-Have Skills:

• Strong PeopleSoft HCM experience at the data attribute level
• Understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and business processes
• Experience with:
• Onboarding
• Offboarding
• Effective Dating
• Withdrawals
• No-shows
• Multiple/Concurrent Records
• Hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience
• Understanding of Campus data attributes
• Strong understanding of the relationship between PeopleSoft HCM and Campus
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Understanding of REST API capabilities in PeopleSoft HCM and Campus
• Experience with Identity Integration / IAM is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Identity team to explain PeopleSoft data attributes and structures
• Explain HCM-to-Campus data relationships
• Identify and evaluate available REST APIs
• Recommend solutions for identity/data integration
• Support the team during RFP/oral presentations
• Provide consulting and solution-design support during the follow-on implementation

PeopleSoft HCM + Campus Solutions + REST API + Identity Integration consultant who can clearly explain PeopleSoft data and integration capabilities to technical and business teams.
