The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services for U.S. military members, veterans, and their families.
• Cultivate strong relationships with military leadership, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and management to ensure program delivery.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Service to Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS) programs.
• Coordinate support services for military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor program outcomes, and recommend improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related area.
• Strong computer proficiency, public speaking ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must meet strict medical and security clearances and be eligible for a secret security clearance and no-fee U.S. passport.
• Worldwide mobility is a condition of employment, requiring acceptance of assignments globally, including potentially challenging environments.
