Job Description :

15+ years of .NET / C# experience
Strong .NET Architecture experience
MQTT and gRPC
Thread pooling, concurrency, and multithreading
SQL architecture and database design
Microservices and distributed systems
High-scale / high-performance application architecture
Healthcare domain experience
Strong system design and technical decision-making
Ideal Background
Proven experience designing and building complex distributed systems
Strong understanding of concurrency, performance, and scalability
Product engineering / product-company development background
Hands-on architect who can make deep technical decisions
Experience building not just implementing enterprise-grade platforms
