Job Description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, configuration, and support of critical clinical and business applications across our regional health system. This role collaborates with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to translate complex requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions that improve patient care, workflows, and data integrity. Responsibilities include managing full SDLC activities, leading upgrades and integrations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, and mentoring junior analysts in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, and support of clinical and business applications
- Gather, document, and translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions
- Manage full SDLC activities, including testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues to ensure high availability
- Collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows and user experience
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in alignment with healthcare regulations and policies
- Support and improve EHR and related healthcare systems, including interfaces and integrations
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases
- Lead or support application-related projects, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
