Aquapharm is looking for a dynamic and analytical Management Trainee - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team at our Pune Corporate Office.

If you're a recently qualified CA (or have up to 1 year of relevant FP&A experience) and are eager to build a career in strategic finance, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance, capital expenditure, investment opportunities, profitability, and key financial indicators.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management.
  • Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, financial models, and special financial studies.
  • Retrieve, organize, and present financial data for decision-making.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational and financial efficiency.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 0-1 year in FP&A / Financial Analysis / Corporate Finance


Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced MS Excel

• SAP knowledge

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to interpret financial data and derive business insights
