Strategic BCM Lead: Resilience & Recovery

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Operational Resilience and BCM lead to independently drive BCM workstreams across the organisation. You will embed the BCM Lifecycle, facilitate BIAs, design capability tools, and build resilience through training, testing and continuous improvement.

You will design and deliver scenarios, maintain BCM communities of practice, align with NSW Government standards, and partner with process owners to strengthen third-party continuity and IT DR arrangements.
