The Role

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and process postoperative materials.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including instrument and suture supply.
• Monitor and document all relevant surgical procedures and patient parameters.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with surgical and nursing teams.
• Operate, maintain, and test surgical equipment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Operating Room Assistant (OTA) or a relevant nursing qualification with an OR focus.
• Experience with sterile processing workflows and surgical instruments.
• A responsible, organized approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Driving license for assignments within the service area.
