We are seeking an AI Data Engineer with experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data engineering, Generative AI, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, LLM evaluation, and leveraging HR/workforce data to drive business insights, automation, and decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling
• Data engineering, ETL development, data pipelines, data modelling, data analysis and exploration
• Python
• Fast API
• SQL
• Working knowledge of
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Observability platforms such as Arize or Dynatrace
  • HR systems, particularly UKG Timekeeping data
