Job Description
Heidi Health is building the future of healthcare with an AI Care Partner that clinicians rely on daily. We're seeking a Support Engineer to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex issues in our AI-powered clinical product.
You'll own customer issues end-to-end, communicate clearly with users, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability and scale in high-stakes environments. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup.
