Project Controls Analyst

Project Controls Analyst - Hybrid - Contract  -$42.63-$60.90 Per Hr

This position involves managing project schedules and controls for major capital projects in a hybrid setting. The role requires a strong understanding of scheduling processes and technologies, with responsibilities including schedule creation, maintenance, and risk communication. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management software, working collaboratively with project teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and approve baseline schedules in collaboration with project teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for major capital projects.
• Communicate schedule status and key risk areas to project management teams.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for compliance and progress updates.
• Identify critical paths and consult on workarounds for project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in project scheduling and controls, particularly in capital projects.
• Advanced knowledge of project management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
