The Role

• Operate simple machinery, including loading and unloading
• Perform manual assembly of components and sub-assemblies
• Sort and package products with care and precision
• Continuously monitor product and processing quality
• Adhere to process, quality, and safety standards

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training and initial experience in industrial manufacturing
• Strong quality awareness and a high degree of cleanliness
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (typically 2 shifts)
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
