We're hiring on behalf of a global provider of energy storage solutions, a leading specialist in the manufacturing of automotive batteries. They are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive team, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join their established production facility.

The Role

• Operating and supervising production machinery.
• Loading fixtures and components into machines.
• Performing visual inspections and quality checks according to specifications.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Packaging and labeling finished products.
• Participating in continuous shift work schedules.

What You'll Need

• Previous production experience is advantageous.
• Valid authorization to work in Germany.
• Willingness to work rotating shift patterns (Conti-Schicht).
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and possess good manual dexterity.
• Availability for shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00.
