Catch Vibe Voice is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events in New York.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, partners, and event participants to ensure every stage of an event runs smoothly. From early-stage preparation to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up, you will help create professional and engaging experiences that reflect the standards of Catch Vibe Voice.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, solving problems, and bringing plans to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of company events and special projects.
- Coordinate event schedules, timelines, logistics, materials, and operational details.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, partners, venues, attendees, and internal team members.
- Support venue preparation, event setup, guest coordination, and event-day operations.
- Help ensure events remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company expectations.
- Maintain accurate event information, documentation, schedules, and internal records.
- Identify potential logistical challenges and assist in developing effective solutions.
- Provide professional support to guests, clients, and event participants.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Assist with post-event evaluations, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Contribute ideas that can improve future events and overall attendee experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
