The Role

• Picking and packing an average of 150 orders per shift in a high-tech warehouse environment.
• Working with an advanced "product-to-person" system, requiring focus on filling crates and quality checks.
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient work floor alongside colleagues.
• Ensuring timely order fulfilment to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Participating in a team-oriented atmosphere focused on operational excellence.

What You'll Need

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labour.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic proficiency in Dutch or English.
• Availability for 24-40 hours per week, with willingness to work morning (06:00-15:00) or evening (15:00-00:00) shifts.
• Valid EU identity document or work permit.
